Born 1980. Co-founder of Vuxen Group. Board member since November 2021 and previously deputy board member since 2005. Operational experience from developing the group and employed as COO. Not independent of the company, management or major shareholders.
Born 1973. Founder of Vuxen Group. Board member since October 2024 and previously CEO until February 2024. Employed as CFO. Not independent of the company, management or major shareholders.
Born 1972. Board member since November 2021. Has operated in film rights through Team Complete AB since 2005. Employed by Purefun Commerce AB and responsible for sales and production at The Swede Company AB since October 2018. Independent of major shareholders, but not of the company and management.
Group management
Co-founder and CEO of Nordicfeel until 2015, with strategic and operational responsibility for sales, marketing and purchasing. Helped grow Nordicfeel from zero to SEK 230 million in revenue while maintaining profitability. More than 15 years of e-commerce experience and a background in logistics.
Founder of Vuxen Group and active in e-commerce since 1997. Extensive experience in marketing, logistics, IT, purchasing and product development, particularly sourcing proprietary brands from China. Focuses on financial management, China sourcing, strategy and acquisitions.
