Dividend policy

The Board of Directors of Vuxen Group AB has adopted the following policy for ordinary dividends.

40–70%of the Group's profit after tax

Policy

Vuxen Group AB's objective is to distribute 40–70 percent of the Group's profit after tax annually, with the ambition to increase the dividend over time in line with earnings growth.

The dividend shall be compatible with the Group's investment requirements, acquisition opportunities and a solid capital structure. The Board may propose a lower dividend or no dividend if deemed necessary for the Group's long-term development.

From the 2025/26 financial year, the Board intends to propose an ordinary dividend in accordance with this policy. The dividend level is determined by the Annual General Meeting following a proposal by the Board, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act.

The policy provides flexibility to adapt the dividend to earnings and investment opportunities, while signalling a long-term commitment to creating shareholder value through a high and growing dividend yield. The broad range of 40–70 percent ensures that the dividend can be adapted to the Group's development without compromising financial stability.

Resolution

The Annual General Meeting determines the dividend following a proposal by the Board.
