General meetings
The general meeting is the company’s highest decision-making body, where shareholders exercise their voting rights.
The annual general meeting is held within six months of the end of the financial year. The board may also convene extraordinary general meetings. Notices are published in the Swedish Official Gazette and made available on the company website; publication of the notice is announced in Svenska Dagbladet.
